Waikato Relocatable Houses is a small company specialising in selling secondhand relocatable houses in the greater Waikato which can be transported and placed on foundations most places in the upper and central North Island.  Our houses can end up anywhere from Hawkes Bay across south of the mountains to Taranaki through the Waikato, Bay of Plenty and up Coromandel Peninsular then up north of Auckland.  The owner Aaron Jack is a fourth generation house mover whose family was responsible for many of the inventions currently in use in the building removal industry around the world.  We sell our houses ex our Hamilton yard and work closely with Jack House Transit who can provide transportation and foundations to wherever your site may be!

Aaron has been in the house moving industry for 27 years and has completed numerous projects for himself and clients.  Ask him anything you wish and he is likely to give you an informed answer.

As a long term member of the Waikato Property Investor's Association he is completely biased towards the benefits of pre-loved houses as rental properties and happy to give guidance in this field!

Our houses range from small units and studio buildings through to solid family houses and character bungalows.
