Was an extra set of rooms attached to an existing house and was on a concrete floor so now has no floor.

Cheapest to go back on a concrete floor but could have a wooden floor installed if desired. 

Price does not include floor. 

Most of the bathroom fittings are still available.

Could be an easy convert to a one bedroom home. (or two bed with small living).
